12 King's Bench Walk

Cressida’s practice encompasses the full range of Chambers’ key specialisms, with a particular focus on industrial disease, international and travel, fundamental dishonesty and clinical negligence claims.

Cressida’s practice includes advisory, drafting and advocacy work for both Claimants and Defendants. She regularly acts in small claims and fast-track hearings where she is an effective advocate. Cressida has experience of claims brought under the Montreal convention and proceedings for contractual recovery. She also has experience of costs-only fundamental dishonesty proceedings. Cressida is building a clinical negligence practice and has provided written advice in a claim against a cardiologist.

Prior to joining the Bar, Cressida worked as an analyst in an American investment bank and is adept at handling complex issues of quantum.

Cressida is building a reputation as a personable advocate who delivers for her clients.

Cressida is committed to diversity at the Bar and takes part in chambers outreach events. She encourages students from non-fee-paying schools to apply for work experience.
