Charlotte Hill is an Associate and Solicitor-Advocate in the Commercial Disputes team at Penningtons Manches LLP.

She has a broad base of dispute resolution experience, including in UK and cross-border commercial litigation, and has a particular focus on banking/ financial litigation and civil fraud disputes.

Charlotte is the elected Vice-President of the Junior London Solicitors Litigation Association. The Junior LSLA is a sub-division of the LSLA, which represents the interests of junior civil litigators in London of 8 years’ PQE or less.

Charlotte has closely followed the progress of the Disclosure Pilot Review and the implementation of the Scheme. She regularly litigates in the High Courts of England and has had recent experience of applying the Pilot in several of her cases, including at a recent CMC in the Commercial Court. She will therefore discuss her first-hand knowledge and experiences in using the Pilot from the initial stages, including preservation notices and Initial Disclosure, through to the first CMC, where the Disclosure Review Document ought to be discussed in detail.
