Ceri is a partner in Wiggin's tax group. She has a broad range of experience in advising companies across all aspects of their taxation requirements, with particular expertise in relation to mergers and acquisitions, private equity and financing transactions.
Ceri works closely with the Corporate team and has significant experience in transaction structuring, corporate re-organisations and incentive arrangements for management and other employees in conjunction with a business sale or acquisition.
Prior to working at Wiggin, Ceri was at Mishcon de Reya and Ashurst.
