Cécile is an associate in Collyer Bristow's Intellectual Property team within the Dispute Resolution department.

She has experience in both contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters and advises on the protection, exploitation and infringement of copyright, design, patent and trade mark rights and passing off.

Cécile also has expertise in data protection law and advises clients to bring their policies and procedures in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Cécile first qualified as a French lawyer after training at a boutique law firm in Paris specialised in intellectual property law. Prior to joining Collyer Bristow, Cécile qualified as an English solicitor and worked at a Lincoln’s Inn firm advising clients on a broad range of matters from intellectual property to commercial, corporate and employment law.
