Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP

Bik Wong is a Solicitor specialising in Family Law in the firm's City office.

Bik qualified as a solicitor in 1997 after a degree in English at York University and legal study at London Guildhall University: she joined Ronald Fletcher Baker in 2016.

She has practised continuously in a wide range of family cases for husbands, wives and partners, regarding the financial consequences of marital and relationship breakdown, and disputes concerning children. Bik takes the view that every case is individual and that as a consequence, a flexible approach with the client and the other party involved is essential to give the best service possible. She also advises on the preventative aspects of family law such as pre and post-nuptial agreements. On occasions she has acted for family clients in professional negligence claims against solicitors previously instructed by them.

In accordance with her developing interests she also accepts instructions in adoption.

Where appropriate Bik conducts her own advocacy in the Family and County Courts.

She is a member of the Law Society’s Family Panel and contributes to the Resolution Review (a periodical read by many family lawyers) on legal issues of interest.
