Ben’s busy court and paperwork practice is focused on property and commercial litigation, though he draws on over five years’ experience in a broader range of civil matters. As such, he is seasoned advocate both in interim hearings and at trial and prides himself on a pragmatic, client-centred approach to his work.
Increasingly, Ben’s work entails advising and acting as sole counsel in High Court disputes of six- and seven-figure value, though he maintains a County Court and First-Tier Tribunal practice in addition. He is also experienced in mediation and other ADR. He is able to produce work and attend hearings on an urgent basis where necessary.
