Barbara Spoor is Head of Complaint Management at Esterase. Barbara’s expertise comes from her work with The Law Society for over 9 years where she resolved the complaints about solicitors. After leaving TLS she decided to use the skills she had built up to help the legal profession.
Barbara’s primary function is helping firms manage their complaints by offering a full complaint management service, from the time a complaint is received to dealing with LeO, providing a tailored complaint handling service to each individual firm, which is compliant with the firms regulatory obligations.
