Annabel Mace is a partner in Squire Patton Boggs’ Labour & Employment practice and is the head of its UK Business Immigration team. She has more than 20 years' experience in advising employers across a range of sectors on all aspects of business immigration, including Tier Two sponsorship, with a particular interest in the immigration issues arising out of corporate restructures, mergers and acquisitions. Annabel advises extensively on immigration compliance, both in relation to sponsorship (including licence revocations) and the prevention of illegal working as well as on the overlap between immigration and employment law. She speaks regularly at seminars and workshops as part of the practice’s national seminar programme as well as bespoke client training sessions.
