Andrew Fox’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and international arbitration.

His litigation experience covers a broad spectrum of high-value and business-critical corporate and commercial disputes before the High Court in England and in the courts of many other overseas jurisdictions, principally in the Caribbean. He has particular experience of litigation arising out of, and acting for, major insolvent estates (Lehman Brothers, Kaupthing Bank) and in recent years has acted in many leading cases considering and construing the terms of complex financial derivative products under terms such as the ISDA Master Agreement and other market forms. He also has considerable experience of litigation in the oil and gas and energy sectors, as well as conducting ADR processes arising out of those industries.
