Andrew is a Senior Professional Support Lawyer in the Structured Debt Group of global law firm Clifford Chance LLP.  He has practiced as a capital markets lawyer for several years and now focuses on regulatory and industry matters, working extensively with AFME, the GFMA, the ICMA, the Financial Markets Law Committee and, most recently, the European Securitisation Coordination Group.  He has held the pen for securitisation industry responses on a wide range of matters, and has played a leading role in the industry response to the proposed Securitisation Regulation. His expertise is widely recognised and regularly sought out by a range of market participants, industry associations, regulators and policy makers at the national, European and international levels.
