Alex is a partner in the Employment Department.

Alex advises clients on issues in all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment law. He also regularly advises on the employment law aspects of corporate disposals and acquisitions.

Alex acts for a variety of clients across a wide range of sectors.  Alex's extensive experience includes advising on large and small scale restructuring and redundancy processes, running investigations into employee complaints and whistleblowing allegations, executive exits and other employee dismissals, litigation in the Employment Tribunal and High Court and restrictive covenant and confidentiality breach enforcement action.  Alex has particular experience advising clients on employment aspects of the Senior Managers and Certification Regime as well as leading on employment issues on corporate transactions including TUPE.

Alex regularly delivers seminars and webinars and provides regular training and update sessions to HR and legal teams

Alex is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, the European Employment Lawyers Association, the International Bar Association and the International Association of Young Lawyers and regularly attends and speaks at conferences and events.
