Over a span of 11 years, she has managed key client relationships which include banks, asset managers, insurers, brokers, private equity houses and Fintech businesses. Aditi has advised businesses through a range of VAT issues which has included VAT liabilities of income streams, partial exemption special methods and complex cross border transactions. More recently, her work has included considering complex loan structures, VAT health-checks and potential VAT impact due to Brexit and regulatory changes (such as MIFID II).
Aditi also specialises in services of tax disputes resolution. This includes participating in mediations/ADR and advising on VAT litigation.
