Vikram is a senior associate in Bristows' Commercial IP/IT team, specialising in technology, telecommunications and outsourcing projects.  He joined Bristows from Slaughter and May where he advised clients on complex IT and IP transactions.  Vikram trained and qualified at Pinsent Masons where he advised clients on a broad range of technology and data privacy matters in London, Hong Kong and Singapore. 

Having spent significant time seconded to various clients, including a global energy company, a major insurer and an international telecommunications provider, Vikram has in-depth experience of leading complex, strategic technology projects.  As a result he has developed a keen understanding of the needs of clients’ legal and business teams across a range of sectors.

Recent projects Vikram has worked on include: a transformational applications development and maintenance outsourcing project for a major logistics company; the renegotiation of a distressed outsourcing project for a global energy company; and the IT, IP and data privacy aspects of Royal Mail’s high-profile initial public offering and admission to listing.
