Victoria was called to the Bar in 1994. She joined 1King's Bench Walk in 2007 after a number of years practising in the Midlands in both family and criminal law. She now practises exclusively in family law, and has a wide ranging practice with a particular emphasis on public and private law children proceedings. She regularly appears at all levels of court within the Family Division, including with and against Leading Counsel. She has attracted a reputation of being extremely "client friendly" and a "polished performer".

In private law children matters, Victoria deals with all Children Act proceedings, including residence, contact, internal and external relocations and other specific issues.  Victoria also deals with Child Abduction cases.

In public law children matters Victoria acts for local authorities, parents and Guardians in care, supervision, special guardianship, adoption and secure accommodation proceedings. She has experience dealing with cases where there are allegations of sexual harm, non-accidental injury, and factitious or induced injury. 

 Victoria also deals with applications for financial remedies in divorce, and all aspects of financial disputes between unmarried couples relating to both property and children.

 Victoria is a qualified mediator and a trained collaborative counsel. She mediates in both children and financial cases.
