Tim is an insurance broker in the Transactional Risks team at Lockton,  the world’s largest privately owned insurance broker.

The Transactional Risks team specialises in providing bespoke insurance solutions relating to corporate transactions including Warranty and Indemnity Insurance, Tax Liability Insurance and Contingent Risk Cover.

He has experience working both as an Underwriter and Corporate solicitor. He previously worked at Ironshore where he was an underwriter in the M&A team. During his time at Ironshore I insured a large number of complex transactions in a range of jurisdictions and sectors.

Prior to Ironshore he was a Senior Associate at Taylor Wessing, where I worked on a range of national and international corporate transactions and restructurings for Private Equity Houses, Management Teams, Family Offices and Corporate Clients.
