Sarah specialises in all aspects of family law with particular expertise in international and complex financial matters and international cross border children disputes.

Sarah advises on divorce and financial matters, annulment, dissolution of civil partnerships, children law including international relocation cases, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, separation and cohabitation issues.

Sarah is accredited by Resolution, the national organisation of family lawyers, as a Specialist Family Lawyer with particular specialisms in complex financial remedies and private children law.

Sarah is dedicated to achieving solutions in an amicable and conciliatory way minimising costs and securing outcomes which meet clients’ emotional and financial needs. She also has significant litigation experience where court proceedings are necessary.

Sarah participates in voluntary work providing legal assistance in a wide range of family law matters. She also speaks fluent Gujarati and Hindi.

Sarah is a member of the Law Society Women Lawyers Division, The Society of Asian Lawyers and the Association of Asian Women Lawyers.
