Sara Ashby

Sara, a founding partner of Redd, is an experienced litigator focusing on intellectual property disputes. She advises on all aspects of enforcement strategy and infringement and validity issues, and conducts legal proceedings or alternative dispute resolution for all 'core' IP rights, including a significant patent practice, designs and copyright, trade marks and passing off, and rights in confidential information. Sara is a tutor and examiner on designs for the Oxford University Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law and Practice. She is also a contributor to the Community Designs Handbook (issued jointly by CIPA and ITMA).
