Robert Anderson

Robert Anderson is a consultant in the firm's London office and a member of our Intellectual Property group. He has experience of most aspects of intellectual property law with a focus on the contentious and commercial aspects of patent and trade secrets law.

He has particular experience in the medical devices, chemical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology fields. He has represented clients in a broad range of cases in the English Courts (including four House of Lords cases) and in opposition proceedings at all levels in the European Patent Office. He is also responsible for supervising the London copyright practice.
