Richard is regularly instructed in cases with an international dimension and where the matrimonial assets exceed £2,000,000. Recent work includes (a) Advising and representing the CEO of a crude oil company based in West Africa, (b) Advising on a child maintenance claim in the Isle of Guernsey and (c) Advising the respondent in a multi-million pound financial remedy application in which the assets were reputed to exceed £130,000,000 in value.
