I am a senior associate in the Environment group. My experience comprises a broad range of environmental, planning and regulatory matters, covering contentious and non-contentious work for private and public sector clients.
For example, I assist clients with environmental and planning issues that arise during transactions, I represent companies during enforcement investigations and I provide technical advice on complex areas of legislation, including compulsory purchase and implementation of EU environmental law in the UK.
My team has a strong background in infrastructure matters, and I am currently assisting clients in promoting Development Consent Order applications under the Nationally Significant Infrastructure Project regime.
