Featured in Financial News 40 under 40 rising stars of European legal services, Rachel is a Partner in Eversheds Sutherland's corporate group and based in their international headquarters in London. Her experience covers a wide range of corporate transactions including M&A, equity capital markets, re-organisations and joint ventures.

Rachel joined the firm from Slaughter and May in April 2007, during which time she also gained some in-house experience on secondment to Unilever.

Rachel's experience includes advising on and project managing complex international transactions. She is a French speaker, having attended school in France and taken the Diplôme d'Etudes Juridiques Françaises as part of her Law with French degree. As part of her training contract, she spent six months on secondment to Hong Kong and since then has been actively involved in project managing and advising on international transactions.

Rachel advises companies from various regulated sectors including financial services, energy and natural resources and healthcare. In addition she advises on corporate real estate transactions and asset backed contributions structures for defined benefit pension schemes.
