Nathan is a member of our Tax and Financial Services Litigation team dealing with disputes relating to investments, tax schemes, pensions and HMRC enquiries and negotiations. He has acted on “both sides” in this regard, advising corporates and individuals as well as financial institutions.  Nathan advises FCA regulated firms in relation to commercial disputes, misconduct, regulatory and enforcement action.

He advises on complex financial products that have been mis-sold or negligently implemented, resulting in significant demands from HMRC.  Nathan also specialises in claims against advisors who have provided negligent advice.  Having previously advised on a wide range of contractual disputes, Nathan has a depth of knowledge in relation to most financial products and tax schemes.
