Marlene practises in all areas of family law. She acts in all levels of court and has appeared in both the High Court and Court of Appeal without a leader. She has worked on cases with complex jurisdictional issues, elements of insolvency, large and small scale private companies and sham transactions. She acts and advises in all aspects of financial remedies. She is currently being led in a long-running High Court case dealing with asset tracing, trusts and bankruptcy
