Mandy practises in all areas of family law with a particular emphasis on financial provision. She deals with cases of all levels and has particular expertise in cases involving trust of the family home. To this end she also welcomes instructions relating to the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 and general cohabitation disputes. Mandy regularly undertakes cases involving complex pension and business structures.

Mandy also accepts instruction in private Children Act proceedings.

Mandy is adept at dealing with people from a variety of backgrounds. Prior to commencing practice at the bar, she worked in Texas for the charity Reprieve preparing death row appeal cases. She is therefore very experienced in assisting clients in high pressure situations.
