Formerly an HMRC VAT inspector and an Indirect Tax Director with Ernst & Young, Liz, with 33 years VAT experience, has the technical knowledge and ability to pinpoint and communicate client’s exact needs.

When it comes to the delivery of VAT Training courses, Liz brings to clients across the UK, an ability to convey VAT knowledge in a practical, informative and engaging way, ensuring clients really do benefit. A regular VAT speaker at events for the ICAEW, ACCA, AAT, Liz has also delivered VAT Webinars for bodies including the Chartered Institute of Housing and for Exporters through the Open to Export government initiative.

Liz is frequently called upon by the media to provide commentary, not only for her expert VAT opinion, but also in her current role as President of the South and Mid Wales Chamber of Commerce. Unsurprisingly Brexit, it’s impact on VAT systems and on business’s ability to grow external markets, is a recurring theme in 2017.
