Lino is an associate in Mills and Reeve's commercial disputes team and a member of the firm's restructuring and insolvency group. He deals with all manner of commercial problems for clients, from breach of contracts to disputes between shareholders.
He has a particular focus on insolvency and, over the past few years, has advised administrators across a range of sectors, including a soft drinks company, a high street jeweller and a farming business, as well as directors of distressed companies and trustees of charitable organisations.
