Laura Hodgson is a senior knowledge lawyer in our London office. As the senior knowledge lawyer for the insurance team Laura's primary responsibility is to keep track of regulatory developments and update fee earners and clients on developments in insurance law and regulation. Laura is also responsible for training in the insurance team.
Laura has over 10 years' experience in insurance and has written widely about insurance regulation. She is currently the regulatory editor of Colinvaux's Law of insurance and the Encyclopedia of Insurance.
Laura works for a variety of insurance and reinsurance clients on regulatory issues (including advice on authorisation, application of UK and EU requirements) and the application of contract law on policy drafting.
