Laura is an associate in Penningtons Manches' commercial dispute resolution team in London. With experience in representing banks and financial institutions as well as other commercial entities, she advises on a broad range of commercial disputes, including breach of contract, professional negligence, financial services disputes, shareholder disputes and IT related disputes. She acts in High Court and County Court litigation as well as on mediations.
Laura plays an active role in the firm’s international trade and commerce and IP/IT disputes groups. She is a member of the Junior London Solicitors Litigation Association and the Society for Computers and Law.
She joined Penningtons Manches in 2017 from a leading international law firm. Before qualifying, Laura worked in-house in the legal departments of three large international companies. She completed her Legal Practice Course in London, graduating with distinction.
