She has provided strategic advice to a number of high profile corporate and commercial clients – both contentious advice in response to an actual incident, as well as preventative consultancy advice in relation to corporate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with current safety legislation.

Kizzy regularly speaks on expert panels relating to health and safety / corporate manslaughter issues and has hosted many seminars and lectures on aspects of health and safety and criminal regulatory law, often as a keynote speaker. Topics have included the effect of Brexit on health and safety compliance and the impact of the sentencing guidelines which came into force on 1 February 2016 in relation to health and safety, corporate manslaughter, food safety and hygiene offences.

Kizzy joined Russell-Cooke as a partner in 2018 having previously worked at an international law firm leading their health and safety team in London. Prior to this, she was the sole criminal regulatory and prosecutions lawyer at a local authority, responsible for prosecuting companies and individuals in breach of Health and Safety and other associated legislation and providing advice to the Executive in respect of prosecutions against the Council.
