Graham has been a partner since 1993 focusing on disputes involving banks and investment banks and other financial institutions and large corporates with a particular emphasis on City related problems such as M&A disputes, fund and asset management disputes including pensions matters, public and private investigations, shareholder and joint venture disputes and regulatory disputes and investigations.

Graham has extensive experience of warranty claims and professional indemnity work for a range of corporates and financial institutions as well as for professionals. His experience of ADR includes three of the most significant UK mediations involving financial institutions.

For several years Graham has been listed as a "key individual" in the Legal 500 and identified as a "leading practitioner" in International Commercial Litigation, Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession and the World's Leading Business Lawyers. Graham is the immediate past president of the London Solicitors Litigation Association.
