David is an Associate in the Construction Advisory and Disputes team at Pinsent Masons LLP, based in the firm’s London office. Since qualifying in 2010, David has acted for developers, main contractors and sub-contractors on a wide range of UK based construction disputes. David has experience in all forms of dispute resolution processes, including High Court proceedings and ADR procedures such as negotiated settlements, adjudication and mediation. Key Experience includes: • Acting for the main contractor in a multi-million pound rail infrastructure adjudication. • Acting for defendant main contractor (in liquidation) in multi-party TCC proceedings and mediation. • Advising highways services contractor on a multi-million pound final account dispute; including managing a lengthy and contentious disclosure exercise. • Reviewing contracts and subcontracts and advising on risk and compatibility.
