David Barron has a record of success both in enforcing and challenging all types of intellectual property rights. David’s particular strength lies in the conduct and co-ordination of litigation, often multi-jurisdictional. As head of the IP team’s Hi-Tech group, he has particular experience of patent litigation in the telecoms, electronics and software fields. Many of David’s clients are US corporations, and he is active in the US as well as the European IP community.
