Daniel Stilitz has a broad-based practice in the fields of employment law, public law and commercial law. He has acted in a number of employment-related commercial disputes, and has represented both employers and employees in substantial contractual disputes over bonuses and profit-sharing. Other notable recent employment cases have included claims of whistleblowing, discrimination and equal pay. In 2000-2001 he acted as Counsel to the Denman Inquiry into Race Discrimination in the CPS.
Dan also practices in the field of public law, including human rights. Recently, this has included cases in housing, healthcare and the regulatory sector. In 2006, Dan was promoted to the Attorney General's A panel. He also practices in the local government field, is the editor of the Butterworths Local Government Reports and contributes to Tottel's Local Government Law.
