Andrew has been a partner at Olswang since 2010, previously having been Head of International Arbitration for Baker & McKenzie in Asia Pacific for a decade. He is practical and energetic in finding solutions to business issues, if necessary by pursing matters through formal channels such as arbitration. Andrew's experience extends across commercial issues in a variety of business settings including technology, construction and general commercial issues. He assists clients from a many countries and business cultures in resolving their business disputes. Andrew frequently provides comments to legal publications and has made regular conference appearances in the UK, Asia and the US speaking on arbitration topics. He accepts appointments as arbitrator, and is recognised and included on the panel of arbitrators by a number of institutions.
