Originally broadcast on Wednesday, June 19, 2013 - 12:30
The Ministry of Justice has confirmed that the Road Traffic Accident (RTA) scheme will be extended to claims of up to £25,000, and to employers and public liability claims from 1st August 2013. It is hoped that this will reduce costs and ensure more timely settlements. The Claims Portal is being updated accordingly to reflect these changes.
This timely webinar will allow you to keep abreast of the proposals to extend the portal, and offer you a step-by-step guide on how to use it both efficiently and effectively.
