What will it mean for firms when the FSA ceases to exist?

The Financial Services Authority has been widely criticised for its narrow scope and rules-based regulation. As a result, it is due to be replaced imminently. The separation of responsibility from the FSA to other regulatory bodies, and the redrafting of regulatory jurisdictions, may have a dramatic effect on firms which provide financial services, many of whom are recovering from recent economic instability.

Throughout this highly relevant webinar our panel of expert speakers will assess the impact of the changes on firms, whilst providing a detailed analysis of how regulation will be divided.

This webinar will cover:

· How will regulation be divided in practice between the new regulators?
· Where are the snags likely to be?
· Transition to the FCA – Revolution or evolution
· How will the FCA feel different for firms?
